Founded by Merril Hermanson

Mr. Christmas was founded by Merril Hermanson in 1933. The company began with Merril designing Christmas window displays for local businesses and selling tinsel from the bed of his truck.

1990

A New Generation

Terry Hermanson, son of founder Merril, led the second generation with fresh vision and pioneering spirit, embracing new technology and leading holiday innovation.

2025

Continuing The Legacy

Today, Leslie and Merril, granddaughters of founder Merril Hermanson, lead Mr. Christmas. Trained by their father Terry, they bring creativity and customer focus to every product.
